After Meeting With PETA, the 2019 L.A. County Fair Won’t Display Wild Mammals!

The L.A. County Fair just committed to leaving wild and exotic mammals out of this year’s fair! This compassionate and business-savvy decision came after organizers met with PETA and were informed about the cruelty inherent in traveling animal exhibits as well as the public’s growing opposition toward exploiting animals for entertainment. PETA encourages residents and tourists to support the fair (scheduled for Aug 30-Sep 22), and we urge other fairs to follow this one’s lead.
