Greenhouse Nightclub in NYC Cancels Elephant Appearance

As a surprise for patrons for Greenhouse’s third anniversary, the New York City nightclub planned to rent an elephant from R.W. Commerford & Sons Traveling Petting Zoo. PETA contacted Greenhouse and let the management know about Commerford’s history of Animal Welfare Act violations, and Greenhouse responded, saying that it had canceled the elephant exhibit.
