Garden Bros. Circus Denied Permit in Fairmont, West Virginia

After hearing from PETA, the Fairmont Police Department informed the Garden Bros. Circus that it wouldn’t be issued a permit to exhibit or display wild or exotic animals within Fairmont city limits for its show at the National Guard Armory.
