Florida Man Slapped With Felony Cruelty Conviction

Thanks to pressure from PETA, a Jensen Beach, Florida, man was convicted of felony cruelty to animals for muzzling his dog and trying to castrate him by tying dental floss around his scrotum. The dog was taken for emergency veterinary care and had to be euthanized.
