Dissection Choice Policy Passes in Las Vegas

April 2002

Thirteen-year-old PETA member Laurie Wolff led an effort in Clark County, Nevada, which includes Las Vegas, to convince school administrators to adopt a dissection choice policy. Previously, dissecting in school was mandatory. Thanks to Laurie’s efforts, 230,000 will be able to make a compassionate choice.
