After years of pressure from PETA, designer and retailer Rebecca Minkoff has banned fur! The brand joins hundreds of other designers and retailers—including BCBG, Donna Karan, Farfetch, Guess, Nicole Miller, and Victoria Beckham—in turning its back on an industry that forces terrified animals to spend their entire lives inside filthy, cramped wire cages before being gassed, electrocuted, and even skinned alive for fur. The company’s compassionate move is further proof that the future of fashion is vegan. Help us urge Canada Goose to do right by animals and ban fur, too.
