Colorado Woman Charged With Cruelty to Animals for Abandoning 84 Dogs

Thanks to pressure from PETA, a Fort Collins, Colorado, woman who abandoned 84 dogs in cages for days without food or water was charged with 15 counts of cruelty to animals for the 15 dogs who had to be euthanized because they were so severely malnourished and one count of animal abandonment.
