Colorado Dog Abuser Arrested on Felony Charges

Thanks to pressure from PETA, a Boulder, Colorado, man who operates a dog-sitting service stabbed his neighbor’s dog, causing a deep 5-inch-long gash, was arrested on suspicion of felony animal abuse.
