Circuses’ Elephant Rides Prohibited in Iowa

Carson & Barnes Circus and Garden Bros. Circus were prohibited from having any elephant rides at their various shows across the state of Iowa. After hearing from PETA, state officials put the circuses on notice that they would not be allowed to offer rides.
