Canada Goose Killer Slapped With Federal Citation

Thanks to pressure from PETA, justice was served in the case of 12 Canada geese who were intentionally run over and killed by a man in a car in Albert Lea, Minnesota. The perpetrator was issued a federal citation for violations of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
