Bernardo Stops Using Down

After learning from PETA that meaningless down industry standards fail to protect ducks and geese from cruel practices like live plucking—in which the terrified birds’ feathers are ripped out by the fistful, leaving them with bloody wounds—fashionable outerwear company Bernardo stopped using down in all its puffers, the company’s only products that had contained the material.
