After PETA tipped off the U.S. Department of Agriculture to an illegal tiger display by Lisa Lopez—who operates under the name All Things Wild and had no federal license to exhibit animals—at a Trinity Valley Expositions fairgrounds flea market in Liberty, Texas, the agency issued her a citation and ordered an end to the display.
