Victory! Only Animal-Free Circuses on the Horizon at the Greenville Convention Center

Following performances by the notoriously cruel Garden Bros. Circus, the Greenville Convention Center decided to leave all animal circuses off its future agenda! Garden Bros. is known for working with abusive companies and exhibitors who provide its animal acts—including Larry Carden, who forces elephants Betty and Bo to give rides and perform even though Betty is chronically lame, likely as a result of the prolonged chaining and confinement that elephants experience in the circus. As the public turns away from animal circuses and venues nix the cruel shows, Garden Bros. and other circuses will need to go animal-free if they plan to stay afloat.
