New Jersey Governor Signs Nosey’s Law

In December, New Jersey became the first state ever to enact a ban on traveling wild-animal acts when Gov. Phil Murphy signed Nosey’s Law. This monumental victory for animals came after more than a decade of persistence by PETA activists working to save Nosey (the elephant who inspired this ban) and support for the bill from PETA and its supporters.
