VICTORY: Shindigz Stops Selling Circus Party Prop!

After hearing from PETA, Shindigz—the world’s largest party-supply store—stopped selling a party prop that depicted a sad elephant performing a circus trick. The company’s CEO told PETA that Shindigz opposes cruelty to animals, and the product was pulled from shelves immediately. This decision follows the company’s 2011 commitment not to sell Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus products, also after discussions with PETA.
