16.40.020 Dog kennel.
The term “dog kennel” shall refer to a pack or collection of dogs, exceeding two in number, kept or bred for hunting or sale or boarding and does not mean merely the house or place where dogs are kept. Any person operating or maintaining a dog kennel on Tribal property must first apply for and obtain a permit to do so.
