After PETA spotted disgraced animal exhibitor Lance Ramos Kollman exhibiting animals at an influencer’s party, we called for agencies to crack down. After hearing from us, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission cited Kollman’s partner, circus exhibitor Jennifer Walker Caudill, for importing animals to Florida and possessing a spider monkey without the proper permits.
