With summer almost here, actor and lifestyle blogger Daniella Monet has debuted an exclusive new vegan cooking video for peta2—PETA’s youth division—which is loaded with easy, delicious cruelty-free recipes that are perfect for warm weather.

In only a few minutes, Monet whips up three delectable vegan snacks using healthy ingredients. She starts with Chia Seed–Banana Pudding made with coconut shreds, a banana, chia seeds, dates, and almond milk—a dairy-free beverage that Monet describes as “good for the environment [and] … good for animals.”

Next, Monet put a vegan twist on a poolside classic: the strawberry-banana smoothie, which she assembles with a spread of tasty fruit, dates, and almond milk. She rounds out the demonstration with a savory treat: avocado toast, which she tops with cherry tomatoes, garbanzo beans, parsley, and red pepper flakes.

Monet’s video is available here, along with the full recipes.
