This is a great one for an English Muffin or toast (I like Ezekiel bread). Take 4 squares Vegan dark chocolate, 3 tbs Organic Hazelnut butter (can substitute peanut, almond or soy nut butters), put in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high about 2 minutes (until chocolate is melted). Stir until combined. Spread on toasted English muffin or toast– enjoy! If you like, add some sliced bananas for an extra treat! Enjoy!

Have you looked at the ingredients in an English muffin? Maybe PETA should focus on a whole grains, plant based diet and leave the sugar laded processed foods behind.

I love cinnamon rasin Thomas’s English muffins, toasted with melted peanut butter or Smart Balance margarin-original-which I think is vegan (the light one isn’t and olive oil one isn’t.) Anyway, the cinnamon rasin muffins are incredible. New flavor I think. Also, like the others, I love vegetarian sausage
