The VSPOT Café Opens Third Location in New York City

Written by PETA | February 26, 2016

You now have three VSPOT locations to choose from when you’re in the mood for Latin-inspired cuisine. The vegan, organic restaurant has the East Village, Gramercy, and Park Slope in Brooklyn covered.

The new VSPOT Cafe & Tapas specializes in small plates, and once you see the menu, you’ll never look back. From empanadas (savory stuffed pastry) to avocado fries and from seitan carne molida to the tempeh taco plate, you’ll want to order one of everything, and you should!

The restaurant opened its first location, in Park Slope, 10 years ago to fill a vegan void in Brooklyn, and over the past two years, it opened two more locations, no doubt because of the popularity of scrumptious vegan food.

Here’s to opening two more restaurants in the next two years!

Even if you’re not in New York, you can pledge to go vegan with these tasty recipes in order to help save animals and the planet. Order a Vegan Starter Kit today.
