Kate Moss has made many fatally ugly fashion faux pas, but today we were left pleasantly surprised after learning that Kate's taken her friend (and PETA U.K.'s 2007 Person of the Year) Stella McCartney's advice and decided to give Meat-Free Mondays a chance.

We still can't forgive the supermodel for her furry ways, but we're hoping that this animal-friendly diet sticks.

How can Stella McCartney really have anything to do with these selfish shallow people the likes of Kate Moss etc. I remember the add whereby those supermodels stated 'they would rather be naked than wear fur'. As soon as wearing fur became cool again their opinion changes.

This is just a stunt for publicity if the selfish and arrogant Kate Moss had any compassion for animals she would not be parading around with their fur on her back.

Rex's Mom Yes they may have some undesirable even cruel habits but I wouldn't go disliking every omnivore friend I have because of it. This would do the animals a disservice. The idea is to MAKE friends with everyone and spread the message.

Here we go again with Stella McCartney and her fur loving pals! First Madonna now Kate Moss. If Stella truly loves animals she would try to convince these fur hags to stop wearing fur! I wouldn't even be friends with anyone who wore fur and knew that animals were tortured and didn't care!

To be honest I think she is just 'jumping on the band wagon.' It wouldn't surprise me if she was doing it to 'look cool and get more fans.' Seriously.

I think she is a truly cruel person for wearing fur. That shows how little she cares about animals and crueltyfree living. So I highly doubt she will become a vegetarian or even stick to cutting out meat for Monday. This is sad fur should really be illegal. But I will keep my hopes up and pray she does have a change of heart and stops both fur wearing and meat eating. I see her as ugly inside and out as of right now and she should not be a model. There are much prettier kinder models out there who would love to take her place.
