Newkirk Nuggets: Words of Wisdom From PETA’s President

Whether you’re a veteran activist looking for tips or just curious about animal rights and how to spread the cruelty-free message, PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk has answers for you! In her new audio track, with an introduction from Bob Barker, Ingrid is giving out tips and strategies on how to make your advocacy efforts count and how to live cruelty-free in every aspect of your life.

We know our dedicated activists lead busy lives, but take some time when you’re driving, cooking a delicious vegan meal, or simply relaxing after a long day and listen to Ingrid discuss everything from bringing up the topic of animal rights to spreading the message to strangers and even to people you will never meet. As Ingrid notes, “We count on [animal rights activists] to speak up, because only when you do, do things change.”

To get you started, we’ve pulled a few of our favorite audio clips—what we affectionately refer to as “Newkirk Nuggets.” So sit back and listen to these tips and remember to share them far and wide!
