1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup dry red wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme

• Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Makes 3/4 cup
