  • 3 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup peeled and chopped beets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
