Quick Pickled Red Onion



  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp.  sugar
  • 1 small red onion, minced


  • Combine the lime juice and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Add the onion and toss until well coated.

Makes approximately 1/2 cup

Pro tip: Pickled red onion works great on our vegan Crispy ‘Shrimp’ Bahn Mi Sandwich.
