Quick and Easy Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box spiced cake mix
  • 1 15-oz. can pumpkin purée

Instructions

  • Mix the two ingredients together with a splash of water and place in cupcake liners.
  • Bake according to the box instructions. When a toothpick or knife comes out clean, remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Top with your favorite icing or try our own Tofu Cream Frosting!
