1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium onions, diced
1 cup water
3 potatoes, uncooked, cut into small cubes
2 green bell peppers, chopped
3/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the onions in the oil for a few minutes, then add the water, potatoes, and peppers and cook, covered, until the potatoes are soft, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the marjoram and salt, stir, and serve.
