Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 medium onions, diced

  • 1 cup water

  • 3 potatoes, uncooked, cut into small cubes

  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped

  • 3/4 tsp. dried marjoram

  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onions in the oil for a few minutes, then add the water, potatoes, and peppers and cook, covered, until the potatoes are soft, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add the marjoram and salt, stir, and serve.
