1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup cold margarine
2/3 cup soy milk
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 Tbsp. garlic salt

• Preheat the oven to 425°F.
• In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, and salt. Using a pastry blender or 2 butter knives, cut in the cold margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the soy milk and mix until the flour is moistened.
• On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until smooth. Roll out into a 10- x 6-inch rectangle. Cut into 1-inch strips.
• Place the strips 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with the melted margarine and sprinkle with the garlic salt.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
