Ingredients

  • 1 qts. (4 cups) vanilla soy milk

  • 1 cup uncooked rice

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. cold margarine

  • Pinch salt

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped, dried apricots (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours, stirring every hour, until the desired consistency is reached.
