Ingredients

  • 1 container vegan crescent rolls

  • 1/2 cup chopped vegan chicken (try Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chicken Strips), defrosted

  • 5 -8 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes or more, to taste

  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Roll the dough out on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Gently press the crescent roll breaks together to form a single crust.
  • Spread the vegan chicken, tomatoes, and broccoli across the dough. Sprinkle with the olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  • Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
