Classic Veggie Sandwich

  • 1 Tbsp. vegan mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1-2 slices vegan cheese (try Follow Your Heart brand)
  • 1-3 slices tomato
  • 1-3 slices pickle
  • 1-2 lettuce leaves


  • Spread the vegan mayo and mustard onto the bread.
  • Place the remaining ingredients on 1 slice of bread then top with the other slice.
  • Enjoy!
