1 quart sliced carrots
1 cup roughly chopped white onions
3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 cup sliced celery
2 quarts water

• In a large pot, mix all the ingredients and simmer for a half hour.
• Remove the vegetables and reserve the stock.
