Vegan Stir-Fry Using Trader Joe’s Sriracha Baked TofuPrint
- Oil, for frying
- 1 pkg. Sriracha Baked Tofu
- 1 pkg. frozen Vegetable Fried Rice
- 1 pkg. fresh broccoli florets or baby broccoli
- Cut tofu into strips.
- Combine all the ingredients in a lightly oiled pan and cook covered for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
