Vegan Stir-Fry Using Trader Joe’s Sriracha Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • Oil, for frying
  • 1 pkg.  Sriracha Baked Tofu
  • 1 pkg.  frozen Vegetable Fried Rice
  • 1 pkg.  fresh broccoli florets or baby broccoli

Instructions

  • Cut tofu into strips.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a lightly oiled pan and cook covered for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Makes 3 to 4 servings
