Earth Day (April 22) will be a lot cooler this year, as PETA has teamed up with iconic Los Angeles–area vegan restaurant chain Monty’s Good Burger to launch an exclusive new animal- and planet-friendly cake batter–flavored shake—made with creamy Oatly soft serve and topped with rainbow sprinkles. The limited-edition shake will be available at all four Monty’s locations from April 20 to 27 only.

Together, PETA and Monty’s Good Burger are reminding everyone that choosing vegan options over deleterious dairy is the best thing an individual can do to help slow the effects of the climate catastrophe. Dairy’s carbon footprint is off the charts: The industry pollutes the atmosphere with massive amounts of methane, contaminates waterways with agricultural runoff, and destroys rainforests, prairies, and wetlands in order to grow the enormous amount of crops needed to feed the billions of cows exploited and killed each year.
