Does Arby’s Have Vegan Options in 2025?

The last time I’ve stepped foot in an Arby’s was when I was a kid. Since then, my intuition has told me that I won’t find an animal-friendly meal at the place that proclaims “we have the meats” in its commercials. But I’ve recently been on a mission to uncover everything vegan at major restaurant chains so I did some digging to find out if Arby’s actually offers any vegan options.

Spoiler alert: If you’re looking for a full meal that’s vegan, you won’t find it at Arby’s. Unlike other chains jumping on the vegan train, Arby’s menu is mostly sandwiches with stacks of animal flesh.

Arby’s Vegan Breakfast Options

I was surprised to learn that some Arby’s locations serve breakfast and even more surprised to learn that the french toast sticks are vegan.

Arby’s potato cakes are vegan and are the chain’s take on hash browns. While I’d rather have a hash brown with breakfast, the potato cakes are actually available all day.

Other than the potato cakes, the curly fries and the crinkle fries at Arby’s are vegan.

Since Arby’s doesn’t offer any vegan entreés, we can skip straight to dessert: the apple and cherry turnovers at Arby’s are vegan.

Fast Food Vegan Options Besides Arby’s

It’s 2025 so a few fried sides and a pastry simply doesn’t cut it when other chains offer vegan burgers, burritos, and bowls. Until Arby’s gets with the times, I’ll pass on it.

Other major fast food chains are offering more vegan options as people are choosing not to eat animals because of the destructive combination of cruelty to animals, environmental destruction, and negative human health effects.
