Section 205.090 License Required.

A. No dog or cat owner shall keep any dog or cat within the City after the first (1st) day of May of each year, unless a license therefor has first been secured.

B. Licenses shall be issued by the City Clerk for a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each neutered male or spayed female dog, eight dollars ($8.00) for each unaltered dog and free of charge for each cat.

D. An application for a license for an altered male or female dog shall present a statement from a qualified veterinarian indicating that the dog has been spayed and giving the date of the operation.
