§ 6-108 ANIMALS; DOGS AND CATS; WRONGFUL LICENSING.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog or cat to permit or allow such dog or cat to wear any license, metallic tag or other Municipal identification than that issued by the Municipal Clerk, the Animal Control Authority, or authorized designee, for dogs or cats, nor shall the owner, keeper, or harborer wrongfully and knowingly license an unaltered dog or cat with a license prescribed for an altered dog or cat.
