7.04.050 – License fee.

The fee payable for the licensing of any sterilized male or female dog shall be $10.00. The fee payable for the licensing of any un-sterilized male or female dog shall be $25.00. No dog shall be licensed as sterilized unless a certificate is exhibited to the animal control officer which is signed by a licensed veterinarian and certified that such dog has been sterilized. Such fee shall be payable annually.
