4-1A-6: PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO INOCULATE AND ISSUE LICENSES:

Inoculation of dogs under this chapter may be performed by any licensed veterinarian of the State of Colorado and licenses for dogs shall be issued by the Town Clerk of the Town of Simla, Colorado. The owner or harborer of every dog so inoculated shall pay the veterinarian inoculating same their inoculating fee and shall pay a license fee to the Town of Simla as follows:

A. Each unneutered male or each unsprayed female: $25.00.
B. Each neutered male or each spayed female: $15.00.
