§ 92.03 IMPOUNDMENT; REDEMPTION.

(B)   Any owner reclaiming any impounded animal shall pay a fee of $5, plus maintenance expense for any male dog or spayed dog, male cat or spayed cat or animals of other species; a fee of $15, plus maintenance expense, shall be charged for redemption of an unspayed female dog or unspayed female cat at the first redemption of such animal, and a fee of $25, plus maintenance expense, for each subsequent redemption of such animal. If the animal has been quarantined, the redemption fee shall be $10. Proof of vaccination for rabies and a current license shall be required before any animal is released. If no proof of vaccination is shown, a rabies voucher must be purchased before the animal is released and, if a license is not produced, a license must also be purchased before release.
