4-3-2: LICENSING OF DOGS AND CATS:

A.   License Required; Records Kept: No person shall keep any dog or cat over the age of six (6) months within the city without securing an annual license therefor from the clerk-treasurer, who shall keep a record of all licenses issued and shall issue a metal tag for each license.

B.   License Fees: The annual license fee shall be five dollars ($5.00) for each neutered, spayed or desexed dog or cat or ten dollars ($10.00) for each dog or cat which is not neutered, spayed or desexed.
