Sec. 4-24. – Application for license; fees; duration.
(c) The license fee per dog or cat per year shall be $3.00 for neutered animals and $5.00 for non-neutered animals. Provided, that if such license is not obtained by September 1 of each license year, there shall be imposed, in addition to such license fee, a penalty of $1.00 for each month of the violation for each dog or cat so owned or kept.
