§ 90.04 LICENSING REGULATIONS.
(A) License tax fees. Every person who shall own or keep any dog within the city limits, or permit a dog to remain on their premises, shall pay an annual license tax for each dog over the age of three months in the sum of $10 for altered animals and $20 for intact animals. For dogs entering the city adopted or born shall be licensed within 30 days of residence or three months of age.
