6.04.170 – License requirement.

Every person owning or having control, custody or possession of any dog within the limits of the city.

6.04.200 – Fees.

A. The annual, biennial, and triennial license fee for each dog over the age of four months shall be as set forth in the fee schedule prescribed by resolution of the city council.

B. Upon presentation of proper proof of spaying or neutering, certified by a licensed veterinarian, the license fee shall be issued for one-half of less of the basic license fee, as set by the city council.
