Sec. 14-34. – Keeping of animals within city limits.
(3) There is no restriction on the number of animals that may be kept by a person in the business of breeding, grooming, training or caring for animals and who has a city privilege license to carry on such business. Dog breeders must be licensed by AKC, and any such business must otherwise abide by all of the terms and conditions of this article.
