§ 137-13 Dog license required.

No owner shall keep or harbor any dog which has attained the age of seven months or which possesses a set of permanent teeth within the Township of Washington, in the County of Bergen, without first obtaining a license therefor in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:19-15.1 to 4:19-15.29, both inclusive, as amended and supplemented, and the provisions hereof. Such licenses shall be annual and application therefor shall be made not later than January 31 of each year. No more than four dogs may be registered, harbored or maintained in any residence.

§ 212-8 Chapter 137, Animals.

A. Dog licenses and registration tags. (§ 137-14)

(1) The annual dog license fee is $10, and $13 for unspayed and unneutered dogs (does not include state fees).
