§ 74-1 License required; fees.
A. Each person who shall own, possess, keep or harbor any dog or dogs of licensing age, as defined in N.J.S.A. 4:19-15.1, shall obtain an annual license for each dog and shall have the same registered with the City Treasurer and, for such license, shall pay the following fee:
(1) For the license: $12.
