§ 61-3 License fees.

A. The sum of $7 shall be paid annually for a dog license and every renewal thereof. In addition there shall be a statutory fee of $1.20, which shall be forwarded to the State Department of Health, as required by statute.

B. In addition to the above fees, there shall be collected for each dog licensed, an additional fee of $3 if such dog is not spayed or neutered, said fee to be forwarded to the State Department of Health Animal Population Control Fund, as required by statute.

§ 61-16 License and vaccination required.

No person shall own, keep or harbor any cat over four months of age within the Township of River Vale unless such cat has been licensed and vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian in accordance with the latest Compendium of Animal Rabies Vaccines and Recommendations for Immunization, published by the National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians.

§ 61-19 License fee.

A license shall be issued after payment of a fee of $10 for each unneutered cat and $7 for each neutered cat. A late charge of $5 shall be charged for any license issued after January 31.
