§ 56-5 Dog license and tag required.
Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a dog of licensing age shall, in the month of January and annually thereafter, apply for and procure from the Borough Clerk a license and official metal registration tag for each dog so owned, kept or harbored and shall place upon each such dog a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto.
§ 56-6 License fees; exceptions.
A. Every person applying for a dog license, and each renewal thereof, shall pay an annual license fee of $12 for each spayed or neutered dog and $15 for all others. Each license shall expire on January 31. There shall be a late fee of $5 per month imposed any person who fails to obtain a dog license on or before January 31.
§ 56-34 Licensing requirements; fees.
A. Cats must have a license number displayed. Any person who shall own, keep or harbor a cat of licensing age shall annually apply for and procure from the Borough Clerk a license and official registration tag with license number or a registration sleeve for each cat so owned, kept or harbored and shall place on such cat a collar or other device with the license number securely fastened or displayed thereto. Acceptable methods of displaying the license number shall include, but are not limited to, break-away or elastic collars. License tags or sleeves are not transferable.

G. License fee schedule. The license fees shall be the same as the license fee schedule for dogs.
