§ 73-2 Registration and license required.
Any person or persons who shall own, keep or harbor any dog or dogs, male or female, over the age of seven months shall register and number the same with the Clerk of the borough.
§ 102-1 Schedule of fees and rates.
The Borough Council may amend the fees and rates herein from time to time by resolution. The following fees shall apply for the services enumerated.
